Hello,  Grenada! I’m Dr. Katherine Simpson, founder of Nexen Family Health.

My journey in medicine began in Cuba, where I graduated in 2016. Since then, I have had the privilege of caring for patients in both Jamaica and Grenada, in a variety of clinical and academic settings. 

Throughout those years, one thing has remained constant: my belief that healthcare should be accessible, personal, compassionate, and focused on the person, not just the condition. 

Whether you’re coming in for a routine check-up, managing a chronic condition, seeking care for an acute illness, or simply looking for guidance on living a healthier life, you deserve a physician who listens, explains, and partners with you in your care. That belief is what inspired the creation of Nexen Family Health. 

My vision is to provide a welcoming space where patients and families feel heard, respected, and empowered to take charge of their health—because great healthcare is about more than treating illness; it’s about building lasting relationships and supporting wellness at every stage of life.
