How To Find Nexen Family Health

Travelling from St. George's 

Nexen Family Health is conveniently located in Perdmontemps (McMallan Cocoa), St. David, Grenada. If you are travelling from St. George’s, take the main road towards St. Paul’s and continue through the Morne Jaloux area, following the road into Perdmontemps. As you approach the community, you will pass the well-known "Garden of Prayer Church". Continue along the main road and look out for the familiar green road signs. You will first see the sign for "Leaving St. George", followed shortly by the "Arriving to St. David’s" parish sign. Shortly after passing the St. David’s sign, you will see "Country Style Bakery " (Green Bus Bakery) on your right. Continue along the same road, passing the familiar "School for the Deaf" on your left. Nexen Family Health is located shortly after the School for the Deaf, the light-brown building on your right.  

Travelling from St. David's Road

If you are travelling from Windsor Forest, Beaton, Marigras, Perdmontemps or other eastern communities, follow the main road towards St. Paul's and continue through the parish of St. David's. We are located in the light brown building on your right-hand side, shortly after "Belle Jardin". If you have reached School for The Deaf or The Green Bus Bakery, you have passed the clinic by only a short distance, simply turn around when it is safe to do so and return towards the direction of the St. David's main road. 

Our location offers convenient parking, wheelchair access and easy access for residents of St. David's and the surrounding communities.
